Mister Cee's Got A F-ing Problem... And It's Not Bad Bitches. 3rd Male Prostitute Solicitation Charge
Written by Admin
Hot 97 DJ ‘Mister Cee’ charged with trying to pick up male prostitute It’s not the first time the popular deejay, real name Calvin LeBrun, has been cuffed for playing with prostitutes. This time, the man he allegedly tried to solicit for sex was an undercover cop. The male prostitute DJ Mister Cee allegedly tried to solicit for sex was actually an undercover cop. Popular Hot 97 deejay “Mister Cee” was busted trying to pick up a male prostitute in Brooklyn, cop sources said. But Cee, 46, whose real name is Calvin LeBrun, didn’t know that the gigolo he approached at Madison St. and Broadway in Bushwick just before midnight on Thursday was really an undercover cop, the sources said. The music man — who emerged into the hip-hop world as Big Daddy Kane’s deejay and later produced Notorious B.I.G.’s first album, “Ready to Die” — was charged with patronizing…

Chris Brown in fight with his bodyguard & leaves him in Bermuda
Written by Admin
American bad boy Chris Brown allegedly got into an altercation with his bodyguard on a pit stop to Bermuda this afternoon. Brown, 23, is a recording artist, actor and dancer from Virginia who dates Rihanna. Brown arrived in Bermuda at 1:30pm today on board a private plane, which stopped here to re-fuel. But the Bermuda Sun has been told — though we have no formal confirmation — that there was an altercation on board with bodyguard Big Pat. An airport worker, and trusted source, told us: “I’m not sure of the details of what happened on the plane but his plane came in, got serviced and everything was finishing and they were getting ready to leave. “Then there was a stall. The security guard got off first. He was standing outside talking to the pilot. Then Chris Brown and another guy came off.” Our source continued: “They had to come…

While performing his track 'Clique' at London's Hammersmith Apollo, West launched into a lengthy tirade that covered everything from corporate sponsorship to the Grammy Awards. He also revealed he is not a fan of 'Suit & Tie', Timberlake's recent collaboration with Jay-Z, saying: "I got love for Hov, but I ain't fucking with that 'Suit & Tie'." Railing against his corporate sponsors, West said: "They trying to put their logos on every concert and shit. For the meet and greet, you gotta meet the execs and their daughters. And they'll show you what they just bought her... " Continuing, West fumed: "So, you gonna help me put on a better show, corporations? Can you please support me? Please? Me, Kanye West. Popular Dancehall Artist Said To Have Bribed US Official For Visa
Written by Admin
A U.S. State Department law enforcement officer has pleaded guilty to accepting bribes to help a "well-known" Jamaican musician gain a visa to enter the United States, federal prosecutors in Alexandria said. David J. Rainsberger, an officer with the State Department's Diplomatic Security Service, admitted to unlawfully receiving watches worth thousands of dollars and other gifts while stationed at the U.S. Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica. Rainsberger also admitted to making false statements to the U.S. government on a national security questionnaire. The 32-year-old faces a maximum penalty of seven years in prison when he is sentenced on April 19 but is likely to receive less than two years based on federal sentencing guidelines, prosecutors said. In recent years, a number of Jamaican artists have been stripped of their U.S. visas, and the U.S. Embassy in Kingston has provided no reasons for its actions. The ban on the visas forced the…

The Biography of Chronixx - Jamaicas Hottest Reggae Sensation
Written by Admin
Chronixx was the 'stage' name his friends bestowed on him, replacing the name 'Little Chronicle' he was given as the 'junior' to his father, the artist Chronicle. A little star amongst his peers, he had shown a love for music and song writing from an early age. He was born October 10, 1992 and was named Jamar Rolando McNaughton. His father, a musician, recognised his talents and nurtured him in an environment in which he could grow into whatever area of music he chose. Always accompanying him to the studio, Jamar grew up around the likes of Burro Banton, Norris Man and the legendary Gregory Isaacs. With a big smile and an engaging personality, he confidently set out to make his mark in music, by writing his first song 'Rice Grain' by the age of five and going on to be choir director and worship leader at 11. Chris Brown’s new tattoo is not an image of Rihanna or an abused woman, his publicist told EW. It’s a MAC cosmetics design of a skull associated with the Mexican celebration of the Day of the Dead. Tattoo artist Peter Koskela said Brown brought him the design, below, to convert into a tattoo. Brown recently revealed this fresh ink and many speculated that it was of his ex-girlfriend Rihanna. Brown was convicted of assaulting Rihanna three years ago and the image on his neck resembles injuries the songstress suffered during the altercation, including a black eye and bruised lip. Following the arrest, Brown has been working with various domestic violence intervention and prevention organizations. The two stars have since reconciled and have allegedly dated on and off since the incident: The pair shared a kiss during last Thursday’s MTV Video Music Awards and Rihanna told Oprah Winfrey during a televised…

Rihanna's ex posts pic of bleeding chin after clash with rapper and his pals in NY nightclub The pair are said to have clashed in a New York nightclub and the R&B star was treated in hospital after he was allegedly bottled by one of the rival hitmaker’s entourage. The singer posted a gruesome snap of his injury on his Twitter page, but later removed it. The two musicians have had a long-running feud over Drake’s dalliance with Chris’s ex Rihanna. But when they met at WIP club last night, Chris is thought to have sent a bottle of champagne to Drake's table as a peace offering. Unconfirmed reports say the bottle was returned with a note referring to Rihanna which read: “I'm f****** the love of your life, deal with it."

Lil Wayne Cancels Nicki Minaj's Hot 97 2012 Summer Jam Set
Written by Admin
Morning Show host Peter Rosenberg disses 'Starships,' Rick Ross, Nas and Lauryn Hill hold down annual hip-hop extravaganza. EAST RUTHERFORD, New Jersey — It was surprising, it was strange — it was Hot 97's Summer Jam. On Sunday night, the popular New York hip-hop station corralled a gang of rap talent, and while surprise guests Nas, Lauryn Hill and Mase will surely cause a day-after buzz, it was Nicki Minaj's no-show that was the talk of the annual rap extravaganza. The Young Money superstar was scheduled to headline the show at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, but YM boss Lil Wayne made the executive decision to pull Nicki out of the lineup after Hot 97 Morning Show host Peter Rosenberg threw a dis to the Pink Friday MC. "I know there's some chicks here waiting to sing 'Starships' later, I'm not talking to y'all right now. F--- that…

Rappers and reggae acts share stage at Miami festival Miami’s Best of the Best concert is one of the most prominent annual showcases for dancehall reggae in the U.S., attracting upwards of 10,000 spectators to the city’s downtown on the Sunday before Memorial Day. While the event has taken on more of a hip-hop flavor in recent editions, with rap stars flocking to Miami during what's known as Urban Beach Week, it’s still a largely Caribbean audience that Best of the Best performers must ultimately appeal to, and dancehall still rules the day. So while the biggest draws on this year’s Best of the Best bill might appear to be rappers 2 Chainz, Meek Mill, Fat Joe, Fabolous and French Montana, the prime time slots went to Jamaican stars I-Octane and Mavado. The show began rather inauspiciously with a last-minute venue change, from Bicentennial Park to nearby Bayfront Park, followed…
